Noble Experiment Rhubarb Gin

The first distillery in South Africa to handcraft a Rhubarb Gin and offer this to the South African connoisseurs. Their Rhubarb and Baobab Gin is inspired by the glory of the English country garden.

On tasting it surprises with an evocative almost nostalgic sweetness followed by a tart crisp edge. The addition of African Baobab and Hibiscus contributes to the fruity aroma. This gin is slightly softer than traditional gins with smooth juniper and citrus notes.

Every small batch is completely hand-crafted in their micro distillery based in beautiful South Africa.

OTHER ESSENTIALS

Prosecco or Sparkling Wine

20ml Sugar Syrup

25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

YOU ALSO NEED

Cubed ice

Tall & elegant flute glass

DIRECTIONS

We recommend an elegant tall flute like glass which will help to preserve your prosecco bubbles.  Pre-chill your glass either by putting some ice in or in the refrigerator.

Get your cocktail shaker.

Add 50ml Rhubarb and Baobab Gin.

Add 20ml sugar syrup

Now add your 25 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Add in lots of ice and give it all a proper firm SHAKE

Double-strain your liquid from your cocktail shaker, through a strainer and into your glass. Fill the glass up HALF way and no more.

Now it’s time to top your glass up with prosecco.

A tall elegant cocktail deserves an elegant garnish. Get a long peel of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint and delicately place into your glass so it rests on the top.

If you’re wanting to go super fancy, add in some edible flowers for decoration.
